Executive Director, Pathway to Freedom Counseling & Pathway to Peak Performance
With over 19 years of experience in the mental health field, Meoshia founded Pathway to Freedom Counseling to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. In 2024, she launched Pathway to Peak Performance as a nonprofit to ensure every athlete has access to sports mental health support.
